Our way of working
We are “bee-carers”, to identify us with good caring practice of traditional apiary, taking care of bees health, not only as producers, also as feeling beings.
All the environment around bees, create a micro-world were the apiary is set, we feed back the part that Nature needs to survive. Surrounding bees we can find many other different animals living on them, such as beetles, snakes, lizards, mice, spiders, moths, bee-eaters, wasps, flies, honey buzzard, mosquitoes, ants, … in this way bees support the beginning of the pyramid for foxes, hobbies, genets, …. We try to be as conscious as we can about this facts, trying to respect the balance created.
If we are generous with Mother Nature, she will be with us, as it has always happens.
This is not only a way of working but also on living, baased on deep believes of respect and contact with natural cycles, with Nature. We believe that the energy we take from the food, is not only a calory number, there are many other facts to take into account, not visible, not measurable yet, good for our health in phisical and in mind way. Because we trust on it, we make from the honey process as simple and natural as it can be, not forgetting tecnichal ways to get advantage of the time we are living of course.
